  1. What the blazes is the new bond issue all about that is legal and well thought out? Certainly not one I can support for the following reasons:
    1. The illegal act of adding a new “school” (RYSE) which is against the CHARIHO ACT.
    2. The current thinking that the BOND is the vote at which voters will “approve” RYSE
    3. The expectation that the taxpayers will allow the school committee to pprove, WITHOUT A BID certain services, stating that we have only a “single, approved licensed source” for this “model”? WHY? WHO set up this “model”? WHO licenses the providers? The “single source” model? WHY do we HAVE to use this care model for services? How much more then other care mode4ls does this cost? Is the cost woth it? Now I know that it would be nice to have a flat screen TV, send my kids to Harvard or Yale, but I can’t afford it! So, when looking at all of the other cost outlays I have, I will stick to my old TV, and the kids will go to a less expensive college. I also have to pay the rent and taxes, so I can’t afford all that I want. Shouldn’t that be the same for the school district???
    4. Which one of the 57 administrators FORGOT to tell the building committee where the well for water is? NOW, after all the palns have been drawn up, it is found that a new building is scheduled to go right where the well is! BUT, if you listen to CHARIHO, that is OK, we’ll just drill a new well! WHERE? Through the five or six feet of oil contamination?

Hopkinton is going to be like Humpty Dumpty soon…..All the 57 CHARIHO administrators horses and all the 57 CHARIHO administrators men will not be able to put Hopkinton togeteher again. We will all be BANKRUPT! The only thing left will be school buildings, serving “acceptable”, top of the swamp expectations with the most expensive RYSE costs in the state!
